A.C.J. was born and raised in Small Town, Texas. She was raised in a Christian home along with her two older sisters. She has always had a sense of adventure and an imagination that took her to strange places. She has aspired to become a novelist of all genres since she was in Junior High, and called to Ministry since High School. She attended Howard Payne University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. 

Her journey with God has led her to many amazing places. She has spent time working with students and adults of all ages and all backgrounds. She has spent time teaching English and Jesus overseas, as well as worked alongside international believers. In every setting she longs to share the love of Jesus. 

A.C.J. met her husband in 2024 and was married in the spring of 2025. He has helped her achieve so many dreams, including publishing her first novel. 

A.C.J. has a passion for people along with an overwhelming amount of enthusiasm for the most ridiculous animals and a deep love for her Heavenly Father. She dreams of writing books and devotionals that help people feel seen and help people see God.
